Your VPS account can be accessed across a variety of mobile devices with just a few simple steps. Steps include enabling the mobile access on your VPS portal and then choosing the right version of software for your mobile platform. Below are the steps required to setup access to the VPS on your mobile device.

Step 1: Enable Mobile Access

Log in to your VPS portal. Click ‘Manage This VPS’ and then select ‘Mobile Access’. Then follow the on-screen instructions to enable mobile access for your account.
Important Note: You only have to go through Step 1 only once

Step 2: Download the right application for your mobile device

The application required to access the VPS remotely on your device is the called the VNC client. Please click below on any of the supported devices/platforms which can access the VPS remotely for further instructions. If you're unsure of your mobile platform, its compatibility or trouble connecting to the VPS, please feel free to contact our customer support. Download

Step 3: After installing the right VNC application for your mobile device

Select the VNC client that you have downloaded and enter the credentials available under "Manage this VPS" in "Mobile Access" in your VPS. This information is unique for every VPS Account.

Server/Computer Address: 211.54.234.65
Port Number: 54321
Password: 4276567890

  • IPhone™
    You can install the following VNC Clients from the Apple App Store

    Available Versions: Free and Paid applications both are available

    After downloading the software, click scroll up to Step 3 for further instructions
  • IPad™

    Once the VNC software is installed please launch the application and here is how to configure it:
    a) Your iPad connection host-address is "vps.metatraderhosting.com".
    b) Enter the user name provided in the email you received (e.g. 4545) as the port.
    c) Enter the password provided in the email and Connect.
    This will also work with any VNC Client/VNC Viewer application on your phone or computer for accessing the terminal when the Java applet is not an option.
